FEES

For each new case taken on, there is a flat fee of £295, inclusive of drafting of all documents, and representation in person at a hearing* at Courts in London and the Home Counties. It also includes representation at remote hearings, by video or telephone, at any County Court in England & Wales.

Please note that Court fees for filing of claims, hearing and application fees are payable separately, by you direct to the Court service.

If you have already started your case, I may be able to help, depending on what stage you are at. I will give a separate quotation, based upon the individual circumstances.

For any non-standard work not covered by the above, the rate is £85 per hour.

Existing clients: If your case has already been started prior to 01/01/2023, the fees will be charged per document as per your client care letter,

*Includes the following Courts within the area we cover:

Aylesbury, Barnet, Bow, Brentford, Central London, Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, Croydon, Edmonton, High Wycombe, Guildford, Kingston-upon-Thames, Luton, Oxford, Reading, Romford, Slough, St Albans, Uxbridge, Watford, West London (Hammersmith), Willesden.

Courts outside this list can be covered for the same fee, plus travelling expenses. Quotation supplied on request.
